As part of its remit as a social enterprise, Edinburgh Markets (EM) is offering 2 services to local voluntary organisations:
- a free stall at its forthcoming Christmas market (outside St Mary's RC Cathedral) – download an application form here or contact Vickie MacDonald on Tel. 07877 834202
- as part of its Building Futures project (to be launched in 2012), developing schemes at the market which will help vulnerable groups access opportunities and develop their skills and confidence.
EM is keen to hear from those with expertise in disability, mental ill health, older people, women, LGBT, ethnic/religious minorities, homelessness, low-income families, long-term unemployment or drug/alcohol addiction who are interested in becoming part of our Building Futures Steering Group.
