SPRING FLING IN SIGHT

Sun's out. Sap's rising. Love's in the air. Cue music ...

The Drummond Big Band and No Strings Attached will be playing tomorrow evening (Friday) at Drummond Community High School.

The programme will include excerpts from Pick up the Pieces, Shrek 2 and Pirates of the Caribbean, and there'll be group sing-song opportunities for the unabashed and glad of heart.

The two community combos are raising money partly for the Kenya Educational Partnership, partly for the school music department, and partly for NSA's emergency no-strings replacement fund.

They will be accompanied on snacks and refreshments by the Fairtrade Safari Café.

The gig starts at 7.30pm. Tickets cost £5 and are available in advance from the School Office or on the night at the door. Under-12s go free.
