STARTING SCHOOL IN BROUGHTON – PARENTS INVITED TO DECIDE

It may be hard to believe, but if your child will be 4 years old by 29 February next year, then he or she could begin primary school in August 2012.

This area is lucky to have the excellent state, co-educational, non-denominational Broughton Primary School at its heart (132 Broughton Road; see slightly wonky map below). You can assess it for yourself at an Open Day on Thursday 3 November between 9.30am and 5.00pm.

If you like what you see, you can register your child at the school for an August 2012 start on Monday 14 November and Thursday 17 November, between 9.00am and 12 noon and between 1.30 and 2.30pm.

Take with you:

your child's birth certificate or passport
a Council Tax assessment letter/book
a recent utility bill proving that you live at your address.
