Feeling Better About Me

Being trans/transitioning can bring additional strains which impact on how we can cope and take good care of ourselves. Join us for an afternoon workshop which will look at tips and techniques to help boost your mental and emotional wellbeing. With input from Alison Wren of our "Headspace" team, this will be a good opportunity for any trans-identifying person to come and share ideas and gain new information and resources, regardless of whether you are considering transition or not.
