Your correspondent from Pilrig could have saved himself a lot of time, money and effort in trying to find out how road and pavement repairs are prioritised by asking one of his councillors ['Local activist illuminates', Issue 203].
Our policy on roads and pavement resurfacing and repairs is based on a new prioritisation system which we approved just over a year ago.
