mmunity (Issues 162, 177), here are three more fine examples. 

The first looks down from the George Hotel's front door, a Victorian addition to what were once three separate houses built in the 1780s.

The second – balding, distant, hard to photograph – adorns the facade of St Andrew and St George's Church, and dates from around 1787.
