DANCE TEAM SEEKS TALENTED BROUGHTONIANS

Submitted by david on

Are you fit? Are you a man or woman aged over 18 and ravishingly attractive? Are you able to keep smiling even with one leg wrapped behind your ear and a pompom stuck up your nose?

Of course you are ... Broughton has that effect on everyone.

All right, then – Do you fancy strutting your stuff at Murrayfield in front of 67,800 appreciative Welsh and Scottish rugby supporters on Saturday 9 March?

If so, then happy days may be just around the corner. Former Broughton Primary School pupil and Logie Green resident Kayleigh Cameron is looking for new talent (most likely with a dance or gymnastics background) to join the Fierce ProDance Team (pictured right).

Since Spring 2011 they have entertained Terpsichorean enthusiasts at events across the country, from big games to Viking revivals, from Country and Western festivals to Musselburgh Races (Ladies Day). Their next major show will be before the important Six Nations match next week.

Tomorrow – from noon (sharp) till 5pm  – they will hold auditions (including a 'surprise' panel of judges) at the Calton Centre, 121 Montgomery Street.

You can download an application form from www.fierceprodancers.com or, for more information, email info@fierceprodancers.com

See you there.
