KANINCHEN UND ENTE – SEASONAL SNAPSHOT 18

Submitted by Editor on

The cork fir tree or fir cork tree in the basement window of Broughton Street’s Villeneuve Wines is a sight to behold at the moment.

It was created by Villeneuve staff members Vanessa and Bob in a day, from a supply mysteriously accumulated at the back of the premises over many years.

Over 500 corks, all of them stuck by hand, are on display.

In the event of it collapsing, there will be wailing, gnashing of teeth, and not much discussion of Wittgenstein's rabbit/duck ambivalence.
