Logie Green Developments Ltd wants to vary Conditions 3 and 1 of their first two planning permissions (Refs 08/10/01365; 09/01969/FUL), to allow occupation of the properties at 11a Logie Green Rd and 26, 28a, 32 and 33 Beaverbank Place before work on the Water of Leith flood prevention scheme has been finished. Although these are not detailed online, Spurtle understands flood prevention measures have been incorporated into the development's design, and demonstrated to visiting community councillors. The application to create 3 new flats at A-listed 26, 26A and 28 Albany Street (10/03202/LBC) was submitted on 9 November and withdrawn 8 days later on 17 November due to 'some discrepancies' in the drawings. It was then resubmitted on 19 November, knees bent and arms stretched out, out, out.
