GENERAL ELECTION INFORMATION

Polling stations will open tomorrow (4 July) at 7am and close at 10pm.

 

Remember to take with you a form of photographic identification. Acceptable forms of photo ID include: UK passport, UK driving licence, Blue Badge, Older Person’s Bus Pass, Disabled Person’s Bus Pass, and an identity card bearing the Proof of Age Standards Scheme hologram (a PASS card). To identify the location of your polling station, visit here and type in your address or postcode. 

 

At the polling station: (1) Tell the staff your name and address and show them you photo ID. They will give you your ballot paper. (2) Go to one of the voting booths. (3) Follow the instructions on how to mark your ballot paper. (4) Fold the ballot paper and put it in the ballot box. If you make a mistake or need any help, ask the staff.
