Local woman Laura Gorrie has been missing in the capital since 8.45pm on Wednesday 1 May, and Edinburgh Police are now seeking help to trace her.
The 31-year old – described as 5ft 8” tall ‘with a heavy build, long brown hair and glasses’ – was last seen leaving her home in Lapicide Place, Leith. She was wearing grey jogging trousers, a grey jumper and trainers, and she may have had on a rucksack.
If you think you may have seen her since Wednesday, please Tel. 101. Alternatively, if Laura Gorrie reads this, she is asked to make contact with family, friends or police so that everyone can be sure she is safe and well.

Police today (Thursday 9 March) said Laura Gorrie had been found safe and well.
