Police in Edinburgh have released images of a woman they believe may have information that will assist an investigation into an incident which occurred on Greenside Place, Edinburgh, on Saturday, 7 December, 2019. During the incident, a man was assaulted.
The woman in the images is described as white, around 5 ft 8 ins, slim build with black shoulder length hair. She is wearing a black jacked, checked scarf and blue denim jeans.
Anyone who recognises the woman in the image or has any information in connection is asked to contact Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident number 0223 of 7 December 2019. Alternatively, information can be provided anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.

UPDATE (24.9.20): 'Police Scotland can confirm that a 33-year-old woman has been charged following an assault in Edinburgh last year. The incident occurred in Greenside Place on Saturday, 7 December, 2019. During the incident, a man was assaulted.'
