FIT FOR PURPOSE

Does watching Barcelona play football make your heart burst with gratitude for widescreen, high-definition colour television? Does the sight of Andy Murray's cross-court volley make you long for a cup of tea and a chocolate Hobnob? If so, you are exactly the kind of person the Health Police are looking for.

Activcity – Edinburgh's festival of sport – has returned, giving free opportunities to try a wide range of new activities.

All tastes, ages, waists and pain thresholds are welcome.

You can click on the pdf below for a full programme of events across the capital and Lothians, or check the list here for what's on offer within waddling distance of Broughton. You're advised to check availability before turning up.
